Livingroom has lots of sunny windows..
Livingroom measures approx 21x14 Newly painted. carpet is old but holding up very well. no real worn areas. Have had it Cleaned.

Livingroom facing large dining room, dinningroom measures approx 14x 11. there is a built in cabinet on the left with doors that has been used for video storage.
This is the Livingroom empty.
From Dinning room facing kitchen. Kitchen is aprox 10.6 x12 ft. . at one time we were planning to put in a slideing door where the windows are and build a nice deck to use for the barbeque.
or a hot tub... the floor tile is old, ok shape. the counters are ok. acouple places that are cut, the breakfast bar shown here is nice with acouple stools. do have under counter lights over it and by the sink.
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, new faucet, reverse osmosis under the counter. microwave over stove. all appliances stay.
Master bedroom facing closet. was hard to get good pics of this room, it is a nice size room approx 10.6 x 16ft. freshly painted and clean. carpet is a off beige tan. needs cleaned. there is a nice celing fan, and a small under stairs area to the right that we have a dresser in right now. good storage area.
master bedroom facing builtins center is shelves with a light and switch, have had a desktop in there for a desk before. currently have wire shelves for clothes. the door on the right side has large wooden drawers. There is also 2 drawers and a shelf in the double door closet on the left.
Looking into bathroom, needs a window molding piece. you could add another sink in it. currently vanity sink is sitting on the outside of the room. bathroom is approx 8x5. Toilet is in good shape, added new wax seal about 1-2 yrs ago. the Tub is a nice size cast iron type. alittle pitted. but in good shape.
bathroom vanity. the washer and dryer used to be where the cabinets are. (2 cabinets dont stay) could put them back again and use the utility room for another bedroom or office. this space is approx 6.5x 8ft. where the sink is, is a wall between the two rooms. could remove the wall to make the bathroom larger. we were going to turn the bathroom into a pantry and extend the kitchen. and make the utility room and one of the bedrooms upstairs into 2 new bathrooms....
There is also the Main floor utiltity room, which I am still trying to get a pic loaded. It measures approx 11 1/2 x 10 1/2 ft it has alot of shelves on the walls for my canning. and extra pots and kitchen appliances. we did have a extra fridge in it, but have removed it, we also have a deep freeze in there, will be taking the freezer with us. bathroom and laundry rooms have older linolium like the kitchen.
