stairway to the 2nd floor.

Blue room, has new carpet, pad and drywall. insulated walls, updated wiring. just needs basemolding, trim around windows, which are the original. this room is approx 15x10.6 could be a master bedroom and use the one downstairs for a large office or other options. this room has a door to the attic.

Small room which my daughter is in, have refinished the wood trim, does not have new drywall. is original plaster with wallpaper. this room is approx 9x10.6 wood floor.

she had a cat..."briefly" that tore up the wallpaper. in spots. It doe have a door.

this room has new insulation and drywall. have not put drywall on ceiling, was going to put the pine strips on ceiling for a rustic look. to match the wood floor. updated wiring. this room is approx

14 1/2x 9 only ceiling left to finish and carpet to be added. and window trim.

this is the walls finished. primer done.

this is another room that we started to rip off the old plaster, didnt get too far yet, have only removed the east wall. getting ready to insulate. It is approx 9x10 1/2 with wood floor, would just need to put up some drywall on the one wall to finish out room along with carpet. have removed the base molding.
