this is looking from the stairs to the furnace and water heater. both are pretty new. there was a propane water heater before, you could easily change back to one. there are acouple cabinets and a work bench down here.
this is looking down one side of the basement, it has a water softener, and the sump well. basement floor has drain tiles, floor was gutted out and re poured. walls are original. concrete. Have not had any water leakage in the walls or floor that I am aware of. just needs a coat of sealer.
this is looking into one of the rooms on the south side of the basement. currently being used for kitchen utensil storage and canning.is approx 7 /2 x11ft floor and walls insulated. I have taken out abunch of this stuff since the pic was taken,
This is the other side of the room in the basement, I raise birds, and these rooms were built for them. they have insulated floors and walls, boxed it frame. could be a nice office or even kids play room. or craft rooms. both rooms were set up with lights on timers.
